“Alfa Run” is a unique challenge for both body and mind. A well-organised event with obstacles that demand strength, endurance and teamwork — a real charge of energy and good mood.

“Going to work like going to a celebration” is how I would describe volunteering at Alfa Run. It is one day a year I wait for like a birthday, because after every event I feel newly born.

Volunteering at Alfa Run was my best volunteering experience. The inspiration is endless — to support, encourage and motivate participants. I realised how much strength there is in us together and in each of us separately.
